To oversee the application process across our functional skills programs for our health and social care employer as part of the good and outstanding care program or other functional skills projects.
Complete of all parts of the ESFA documentation including application, ILP, privacy statements and support learners enrol remotely.
Assessing the eligibility of prospective learners, working closely with the service manager to advise on applications, and the verification of qualifying documentation
Managing a variety of customised application portals to monitor and process applications submitted by prospective learners.
Achievement of company aspirational overall success rates, timely success rates and retention rates for learners.
Delivering sessions to new starters on admissions processes and use of the training platform
Monitoring team email inboxes to ensure all learner queries are directed to the relevant team member.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to work collaboratively on administrative processes and procedures, including the generation of student credentials.
To undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by the Line Manager
To achieve company SLA for follow up with learner enrolments and achieve enrolment quota in month.
To ensure all paperwork is completed correctly before submission, ensuring that portfolios are assessed and returned within company timeframes.
Maintain client/partner relationships on site and remotely and represent the business to a high standard working ethically and with integrity.
The following criteria are essential, the candidate must:
have the ability to use Microsoft office tools effectively and be able to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to a good standard.
have an excellent command of English and maths and be able to clearly communicate over the phone and in writing.
Good I.T. skills
proven experience of enrolment delivery.
Understand ESFA funding requirements and experience of delivery ESFA, ESF, Big lottery, DWP or similar programmes
3 PTLLS, L3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
Demonstrate the ability to be able to work independently and remotely.
A willingness and attitude to learn and develop themselves personally and professionally.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
A requirement for interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to pay attention to detail.
Possesses a positive and can do attitude.
