Level 3 Diploma in Management

This qualification is suitable for first line management roles, those with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.

 

About Your Qualification

What you will learn?

This Diploma will provide you with the technical skills around line management to add real value on a day-to-day basis. You will focus on relationships both upwards and downwards and emphasis on communication will be critical to ensure delivery of the teams results.

The course will strengthen your ability to understand finance and their understanding of how your contribution and decision making can have a direct impact on the businesses bottom line.

This is our intuitive platform assesses your literacy and numeracy skills from day 1 and creates an individual skills plan that will assign your resources regularly as you improve through the course. As well as being able to go back and review older questions you have the option for further stretch and challenge if required.

Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.

Aged 19+ Lived in the EU for 3 years
Funding is subject to availability

Option 2

Pay upfront for your course. The cost is a one off upfront payment that can be paid on our website. After this payment you will receive access to the course.

Option 3

We recognise that you are making a commimtment to improve yourself and we want to make the process as smooth as poosible. We offer a small upforont payment followed by a payment plan.

Step 1

To determine if you are eligible for funding simply complete our course enquiry form and we will contact you within 48 hours.

Step 2

If you do not qualify you will be directed to the payment page on our website where you can choose your best payment option.

Step 3

Our Skills Tutor will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your first appointment.

Step 4

After working through the resources you will be invited to a workshop and exam.

Step 5

Congratulations if you pass, if you do not pass our skills tutor will work with you to review resit options.
