I completed my L5 coaching apprenticeship with CVP in May 2024.
I enrolled onto the programme to add more depth to my skill set and wanted to understand coaching practice to add value to my role within my organisation.
CVP have been professional, supportive, open to feedback throughout.
My skills coach delivered the material in such a clear way that felt like it was easy to understand. There was always extra support there when it was needed, i would say going above and beyond expectations.
It felt like CVP were delivering the programme to me as an individual and not just a 'one size fits all' way.
They also created lots of channels of peer learning and extra resource to ensure practice was as easy to complete as possible.
Would highly recommend CVP and the quality the deliver.

Adam has been brilliant for me. I've always been sceptical of 'coaching' but with Adam there is no generic advice. In fact, what sets Adam apart is he doesn't claim to have answers, he asks questions then picks answers to ensure I always find the right solution for me. Every session would end with a clear actionable task that would help me in either business or general life. Nothing ever felt forced or uncomfortable, even when sharing things I perceived to be challenges, when we dug deeper they never seem to big to tackle.

I had the pleasure of receiving some complimentary business coaching sessions with Adam, I think we had 6 in total.

During that time Adam used coaching methods to help explore with me what I wanted for my business, what was getting in the way of my achieving that and helping me to set clear goals and targets to help me move forwards.

His questions were always astute and non-judgmental and enabled me to dive deep into what I want and how to get there.
As a result of these sessions with Adam, I feel I have my put my impostor syndrome to bed (or at least under it!), having become much more confident at networking and in pitching. I always knew I was good at my profession but always felt like when it came to the business side that I was playing at it. I now take myself more seriously as a woman in business as a result of our sessions and finally feel I am credible in my own right.

I highly recommend Adam and have the utmost respect for his encouragement, support, confidentiality, coaching skills and open and accepting manner. If you want to grow your business or know someone else who does, I would highly recommend booking some sessions in with Adam. I’m just so grateful that I got to do so free of charge but believe they are worth their weight in gold!

The level 5 professional coaching course was thoroughly enjoyable and purposeful. I refined skills that were instantly transferable to the workplace but also deepened my reflective practice to understand how my own principles surface at work. I felt fully prepared going into to EPA and confident enough to show off my portfolio. Lots of elements in the portfolio I still use in my coaching sessions today. The course complemented full-time employment in education and didn’t seem too laborious as all the tasks seemed purposeful. Yasmin always responded promptly to any questions in a personable, professional and position manner. Another big positive was working with other coaches through the course at different stages. Overall, I highly recommend the apprenticeship for anyone interested in, or involved in, leadership, coaching and mentoring, as it has given me more insight and confidence in working with colleagues of all levels.

I am currently doing an apprenticeship with the team at CVP group. It's certainly challenging considering I haven't studied for many years! But the team are extremely helpful and will support you all the way, from 121 sessions to ensuring you have everything you would possibly need to continue your journey with them. I have no doubt I will continue learning and finish my apprenticeship. I would totally recommend you get in touch with Adam and the team if you are interested in seeing how you can support your team and the people around you in a different way and looking at empowering your self and your team going forward.

Sarah was great and we always managed to work around my other responsibilities.
